This information is obtained from application information, transaction information, and consumer report information.
First National Bank will use a customer's personally identifying information in our normal course of business. Personal information will not be sold or distributed to nonaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

First National Bank will not disclose nonpublic personal information about former customers after two years from the time they cease to be our customers. For the first two years, however, we may share this information in the same manner and to the same categories of other parties as we do with current customers.
We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to third parties who provide products or services on our behalf. We may also provide such information to third parties to perform marketing on our behalf or in conjunction with us.
In the absence of a statutory or regulatory exception that authorizes disclosure by us, we must obtain authorization from you before disclosing nonpublic personal information or financial records to nonaffiliated third parties. You may exercise your opt-out right by checking a box on an opt-out notice that would be provided to you should this situation ever present itself.
You may have separate opt-out rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act regarding the disclosure of information to bank-affiliated third parties.
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
